Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request from the dedicated section in "Your Account" on heurgon.com (if you can't find it, please feel free to contact the store). Please ensure that you return your order in its original packaging and include all items delivered (case and other packaging, protection, security seal, certificate of authenticity, any other accessories). In the event of an incomplete return, the amount corresponding to your order will not be refunded.

Once your returned package is received, we will perform a quality check to verify the perfect condition of the returned item and the presence of all accessories and documents included at the time of shipment, especially the integrity of the security seal. We will process the refund to the payment method used for your order within a few days, provided that the previous conditions are met.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item ordered on heurgon.com. We invite you to return the initially ordered product to receive a refund and place a new order online.
